Marketing Project Coordinator


Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized, data-driven operator to serve as the project coordinator for the Sales & Marketing team. The opportunity to own campaign coordination, timelines, reporting, and process improvements so our existing team can focus on high-impact execution instead of juggling logistics.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end campaign planning, timelines, and cross-team coordination
  • Build and maintain CRM reporting, ROI dashboards, and performance tracking
  • Support prioritization and delegation for the creative team to eliminate bottlenecks
  • Clear daily blockers and route requests between retail, creative, digital, and sales ops
  • Provide weekly analytics summaries and insights to leadership
  • Help implement and maintain project workflows (New products, marketing assets/campaigns)

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or analytics
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, data visualization, and basic CRM tools
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced cannabis/CPG environment
  • Detail-oriented with a “get it done” mindset

All major campaigns tracked with clear dashboards, and the creative team reporting zero missed deadlines.
