Job Description

The Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in representing Grow Sciences in the field by ensuring the timely, compliant, and professional delivery of product orders from Grow Sciences HQ to dispensaries throughout Arizona. This role is primarily road-based, with frequent travel to Phoenix, Tucson, and additional statewide locations, and requires strict adherence to scheduling, product handling standards, and all applicable cannabis regulations.

In addition to delivery responsibilities, the Sales Coordinator supports administrative functions including the management of mobile app notifications and online menus for dispensary partners. Regular interaction with dispensary staff makes this a highly visible, customer-facing role that blends operational execution with brand representation. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and resolve issues quickly in dynamic environments.

Essential Duties/ Responsibilities: 

• Safely transport cannabis products from Grow Sciences HQ to dispensaries throughout the state of Arizona, including Phoenix, Tucson, and additional statewide locations.
• Execute all deliveries on time while adhering to strict scheduling, routing, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of and comply with all Arizona state regulations related to cannabis delivery and distribution.
• Complete all required delivery documentation, including manifests, trip plan sheets, and invoices.
• Verify outgoing product with Sales to ensure orders match invoices and manifests prior to delivery.
• Communicate with dispensaries regarding delivery schedules, delays, or changes as needed.
  Properly handle and accept cash payments from dispensaries in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure all delivery vehicles are kept clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Manage and maintain mobile app notifications and online menus for all dispensary partners.
• Maintain professional, friendly relationships with dispensary staff and represent the Grow Sciences brand positively at all times.
• Act as a point of contact for dispensaries during deliveries, addressing issues quickly and escalating concerns to management when appropriate.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies while operating company vehicles.
• Assist with distributing marketing collateral and supporting brand presence at dispensaries and industry events as needed. 

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of cannabis products, including production methods, consumption types, and pricing.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally to dispensaries and consumers.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, especially related to compliance and documentation.
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Comfortable using Google Docs, Forms, Sheets, email, Slack, and text communication tools.
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional, and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to lift and carry 25+ pounds regularly.
