Cultivation Technician

Phoenix, AZ
Full Time
Entry Level
ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for someone who has been looking for us. What does that mean? Are you someone who wants to learn? Are you someone who wants to be part of a team that takes chances, makes mistakes, and learns from them? Are you someone who can put aside their ego for the sake of a combined team goal? Are you wanting to do big things in life and looking for some building blocks to start with on your journey? Look no further, we are your next home. We need you as much as you need us and we are willing to put in the time to make you successful.

Experience is not necessary, and frankly, it may be a positive for you if you do not have any. We are looking for the person, not the resume. We are looking for the energy, not the amount of years you have worked in a grow or grown in your closet.

The interview process will start with the Cultivation Director. If we think the fit is there, you will sit with the Head of Operations and the Owner for a final interview. After that, it's off to the races.

The hourly pay for this position is $20. If you are some absurd killer that does the work of three people and believes you deserve more, then tell us why and we can discuss it.
